Cannot use StartAid, What is happening?

For the past 3 days I have not been able to see any of my bookmarks. I
have been clicking on the "refresh bookmarks" option and nothing
happens. As a result none of the nearly 100 bookmarks I have saved
cannot be accessed. I would assume you are having some either a server
problem or some script/program that that is causing problems.

I have not been getting any errors, just a blank bookmark list.

If you go to the website. www.startaid.com do you see them there when you are logged in with firefox?
