Problems Logging In

I am having problems logging in both in my browser and on the StartAid
homepage. In the browser I get login failed. The odd part is I can log
in on my work PC using Firefox 3.0 just like at home and on XP Pro
with no problem. Any Suggestions?

This is very strange and the first of this problem reported.   The username is case sensitive as well as the password.   Can you use the "Forgot Password" option on the website to confirm you password.  Actually, before you do that, try deleting you browser cookies and try again.

Was there a resolution to this? I am having the same problem. I did
delete cookies and no effect.

Hi gjameson,

Are you using Firefox 3.0... Be sure you have cookies enabled.   Some users are not accepting cookies and had to add an exception for startaid.com
