2009)

Review of the Previous day: The Nifty fell moderately on Monday
(December 07, 2009) a net 42.20 points (0.83%) and closed at 5066
point level. The market opened up then turned down and continued so
until 2:55 p.m. when it reached its day low at 5051 points. Then it
turned into a range bound movement until closing at the day. The Nifty
moved in a range of 80 points. Sentiment was bearish and amongst the
50 Nifty stocks, 36 were losers, while 14 were gainers. Selling was
witnessed in oil & gas exploration, metal, banking, realty, auto and
power stocks.
