On the 13th day of Christmas ..

.. St. David of Wales Choir hosts an incredible Lessons and Carols service!

There is so much happening for December 13th - Peace Choir, Bill Crane.. the list goes on and on. But don't get overwhelmed. This week in rehearsal we are going to focus on the following: 

Entrance: Once in Royal David's City - the four part harmony and walking in procession. Katherine Holland will join us singing the solo for the first verse, we will sing the second verse alone, and then the congregation will join us.
Lesson 2: Adam lay ybounden (Willcocks) You're right, Nell, it is difficult to get the audio here! I will post a practice file on our website this week. 
Communion: A Christmas Carol (Charles Ives) - My preferred Video. A great start but we will continue to perfect!

Really, we're in great shape and I'm so very proud and excited! After a few final details - diction, holding up our folders, walking as an ensemble - we'll be top notch.
