VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR BINGO AT SUNRISE RETIREMENT HOME
Sundays, Once Per Month
7:30 PM – 9’ish (or earlier)
The Arlington Church of the Brethren is seeking another church to commit to a wonderful little program of outreach right in the neighborhood of the Bluemont Park at the Sunrise Retirement Home. The Sunrise elderly are passionate and thoroughly enjoy playing Bingo with ea. other. This, at first, doesn't sound too important. But when you go and "call" the game for them, you realize how much they look forward to the games. It keeps them sharp, they see each other for a little while after hours, and I have personally grown very fond of them. Please see below to discuss the possibility becoming involved. Please contact Ali Dvoskin at ali.d...@gmail.com or 941-724-0573.
