Coffee Hour, Spring Hike?

Hi Environment Commission - at last check, no one was signed up for Coffee Hour on Sunday, April 2.  We'd like to pitch in and help.  Marjorie will be moving soon 🙁, so we'd like to host before she's off 😊! 

Please note that Kristen will be ordained that afternoon!  The choir will almost certainly be doing that, so Kathleen and I will not be able to stay long after the end of church since we'll need to get the boys home.  So, before we sign up, can a few people commit to stay for clean up? 

I should be able to work on the set-up, but only until 10:30, so if others can help with that, that would be very good. 

And...any suggested locations for a Spring Walk we can sponsor?

Hi Dave - Oh man. Sorry. Our family did coffee hour a couple weeks ago and I have cub scout thing later that day. 

Spring walk? Patuxuent Wildlife Refuge?, Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens?, Seneca Creek (Gaithersburg)?, Billy Goat Trail?

I suppose Keith and i can help with cleanup. We (the group) should try to keep coffee hour relatively simple that day because it's going to be really busy in the kitchen. On top of Kristen's ordination, it's also a Loaves and Fishes Sunday.

Thanks for sending out the email!

I'll try to get there early for setup. It's hard to commit because I may be bringing Aunalisa and Gabriel or be picking Gabriel up from his dad's. I will help with coffee hour and stay as long as I can although the crunch time is on with the move.
