Dealing with discrepancies?

Does anyone have any tips on dealing with discrepancies/inaccurate numbers between sites? Such as which  sites should be trusted more than the others or how to use the different numbers provided (SportsDatabase has different totals for NFL such as total mgm odds, total dk odds, etc.)?

I was looking at OU record for this same query on multiple sites. I looked at a few data points and it varied on which site was correct when comparing with my source of truth.

season>=2018 and total<40 and H
