Trying to get this simple query to work.
week, team, o.team, drives @season = 2023

The manual has the following :
drives – This is the number of offensive possessions a team has in the referenced game. This does not include a kickoff that they fumbled and lost.

Any  help would be appreciated.

Thanks

This is great Lawrence. That takes care of my NFL issue, but It doesn't seem to work for college FB. Any thoughts?

I think that's an oversight. I'll look into adding "drives" for NCAAFB.

is there an ETA when we can see this and will it have past history?

Thanks

I'm not sure. I haven't been able find a convenient data source for NCAAFB drives.

Sports-refrence would be an excellent source for Drives and related data.

Thinking this through a bit.   so to get theball and start a possession or drive some things must happen.  opponent kickoff top start the game or after they had scored. team fumbles lost, and team interceptions would reflect the end of a drive. As would a team punt would represent the end of the drive, plus any o:TD or o:FG or safety score as the team gets the ball after a safety.

Just a starting point for us.

Heads up...not only does 'Drives' not work in NCAAFB, 'Plays' doesn't work either.

is this on the S3 or Gimmethedog or Killersports or all of them. I can reach out gimmethedog and alet him if it is his site. In fact, I will check it right now and alert him if it is not working and I believe you it is not working.   Ranks is not loaded up on any of the college sites, but that was just released last week.
