wondering if anyone tried to rank (group/order) the best to worst NFL in yards-per-point, for instance?

There has to be a way to do it but I have tried repeatedly and have come up empty.

let's start with ranking the NFl offense from most PPG to fewest PPG and then everything else will fall into place.

Dont understand what this shows.  I ran it here
and here's top 10 assuming lower yards per point is better.  But obviously there's significant difference in DET/CIN and the Panthers...so I don't understand relevance.

I mean, an extra column that would sort them from lowest to highest. so, add a column to the left of the team column in your screen shot that then we would be 1,2,3,4,5,6 based on the Yards=per=point column value.

Yards per point is one fo the best ways to measure the offensive and defensive efficiencies of each team and measure them against each other.

I have a wild card system that has done very well and uses a team that has the better offensive and defensive YPPT ratio combine with another game parameter tat is highly profitable.

For you information, the SDQL already has a shortcut YPPT that is yards-per-point for each team.

I am going to look up sorting code using Pythion and see if I can figure out how to add the column to my query

Ok not a metric I’ve used but glad you find value. I was just surprised Panthers #3 behind Detroit and Cincy since they are no where near similar, even offensively since I know Car had one of the worse Ds ever
