SDQL access token

Hello, greetings to what you have done (and will do) with SDQL! 

That is exactly I was looking for many years!! 

Is there any way I could gain access to the database and get an API token?

I'm just start playing with big data projects and would love to be able to explore NBA data and try to make some predictions models from it.
