I'm in need of getting rid of 2 of my favorite items in my house.  It was very hard for me to decide to part with these, however, we just don't have the room with our expanding family.  It would have been nice to just keep them for another 30 years because they work great and will be worth a lot in the future.  But with kids coming there is a high chance for damage which would ruin the long term value.  And it will likely get a lot less use with the new arrival as well.  I wanted to first check some friends to see if anybody would be interested before I put them on Craig's list.

1. 1965 Record Player ... The record player sounds great, looks great, and can queue up discs to play in succession when each record has finished.  Also has the best FM/AM radio I've heard in a long time.

2.  Wooden home built TV with remote ... Likely from the 80's, the previous owner built it himself.  If you can find a battery for the remote, it works very well, though with the digital tuner we just use that remote.  Picture is very clear.

Right now we'll give them to someone with the Best Offer.  The opening offer is "I'll come pick it up for you."  I'd like to get them out this weekend if possible.

Thanks so much!
