Dear Colleagues,

 

Heavy monsoon rains since July 21 have triggered flash floods and landslides across several districts in Jammu & Kashmir, particularly affecting Rajouri, Poonch, Reasi, and Doda. Multiple casualties, infrastructure damages, and disruptions to transportation have been reported, prompting round-the-clock emergency measures.
