URS Sheet for Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand - Request for Updates from All Responding Agencies

Dear Colleagues,
Torrential rains and cloudbursts have triggered severe floods and landslides across multiple districts in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
In response, Sphere India facilitated an IAC meeting on 30th June 2025, where it was collectively decided to activate the URS Matrix for the region. This will help avoid duplication, support coordinated efforts, and guide donors/partners in assisting active local responders.
The first sheet is for Himachal Pradesh and the second is for Uttarakhand. As agreed in the meeting, we request all organizations to kindly fill in the relevant details. This will not only help reduce duplication but also enable us to share consolidated information with the government after the emergency phase.
We are also sharing the minutes of today's meeting for your reference.
