URS Sheet for Odisha - Request for Updates from All Responding Agencies

Dear Colleagues,
Heavy rainfall and dam releases have caused severe flooding and significant impact in Odisha, particularly in Balasore district. In response, Sphere India facilitated an IAC Emergency Coordination Meeting on 3rd July 2025, where it was collectively decided to activate the URS Matrix for the region. This will help avoid duplication, support coordinated efforts, and guide donors and partners in assisting active local responders.
As agreed in the meeting, we kindly request all organisations to fill in the relevant details in the URS Matrix. This will not only help reduce duplication but also enable us to share consolidated information with the government during and after the emergency phase.
We are also attached the Minutes of the Meeting for your reference.
