Dear Colleagues,
Himachal Pradesh has been severely affected by heavy monsoon rains since June 20, triggering widespread cloudbursts, flash floods, and landslides across multiple districts. The situation remains particularly critical in Mandi, where over 30 lives have been lost, hundreds of families displaced, and key infrastructure—such as roads, bridges, and power lines—has been heavily damaged.
Government and humanitarian agencies have launched coordinated relief and rescue efforts across the affected areas. In support of these efforts, IAC Committee has activated the Unified Response Sheet (URS) to facilitate information sharing, coordination among partners, and to avoid duplication of efforts on the ground.
We kindly request all partners to fill in or update their response details in the URS at the earliest. This will help ensure a comprehensive overview of ongoing interventions and unmet needs.

Please also find attached the 03rd Situation Report, which provides detailed updates on the humanitarian impact, government response, and identified gaps as of the latest assessment.
Your continued collaboration and timely inputs are greatly appreciated as we work together to support affected communities in Himachal Pradesh.
Thanks & Regards
