Dear Colleagues,

Cyclone risks in India are evolving rapidly, with increasing unpredictability, early-season formations, and intensified impacts across coastal regions. Strengthening preparedness, early warning systems, and community readiness is essential to safeguard lives, livelihoods, and ecosystems.

To support collective planning and reinforce disaster-ready systems across national and subnational levels, Sphere India is convening a National Workshop on:

“National Level Cyclone Preparedness Workshop”

Date: 28th November 2025
Time: 02:30 PM – 04:30 PM (IST)
Register Here : https://tinyurl.com/CyclonePreparedness28Nov25

This workshop will bring together government departments, SDMAs, DDMAs, IMD, humanitarian agencies, technical institutions, and local organizations to review current preparedness efforts, address operational gaps, and identify strategies for anticipatory action.

We warmly invite you to join us, engage with experts, and contribute to building a more resilient and coordinated cyclone preparedness system across India.
