Darsheel's amazing performance in Taare Zameen Par not even won a nomination in the Best Actor category at the Screen Awards.
In a country where awards are jinxed, its not a big surprise. And probably it doesn't matter!

Even Aamir's wonderfully sweet gesture of having Darsheel's name show up before his own name in the credits - didn't help!
Look at Abigail Bresli - the cute little girl from Little Miss Sunshine - who stood tall among the biggies like Cate Blanchett and Jennifer Hudson at last year's Oscars.

Sorry Darsheel, we all loved you - and you deserve every bit of the award! Try international movies next time if you really want an award ;)
