Dear Jean-Francois,
This month, Gulalai Ismail from our local partner in Pakistan gave an incredible talk at TEDxExeter on her journey to becoming a peacebuilder.
Our Tomorrow's Peacebuilders 2017 awards - the global awards for local peacebuilders - have launched and are open for applications.
We are delighted to announce that Peace Direct is one of five winning submissions in the BridgeBuilder Challenge 2017. Our project is supporting ex-combatants affected by war in DR Congo to produce ethical and environmentally friendly gold through local cooperatives.
