May 30, 2017 (JUBA) - The steering committee for the South Sudan’s
national dialogue said all stakeholders, including the armed
opposition, will be consulted for the process in all parts of the
young nation.

Kenya’s capital Nairobi July 8, 2015

Abraham Awolich, a coordinator at the steering committee secretariat
said the initiation steps would take more than a month.

“In the next five weeks, the steering committee for the national
dialogue will discuss with a number of stakeholders, including civil
society, media, women, youth, political parties, armed groups and even
the organized forces to physically solicit ideas about what people
want to talk about in the national dialogue, what should be items on
the agenda and how it should be approached,” he told reporters in the
capital, Juba Tuesday.

The committee, at a two-day meeting held this week, appears to have
maintained its inclusive approach to the national dialogue.

South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir officially launched the
long-awaited national dialogue initiative in the capital, Juba on
Monday last week.

The national dialogue initiative is both a forum and process through
which the people South Sudan shall gather to redefine the basis of
their unity as it relates to nationhood, redefine citizenship and
belonging, as well as restructure the state for national inclusion.

Since mid-December 2013, tens of thousands of people have been killed
and over two million displaced from the East African nation.

Steering committee chairman is right, national dialogue without Dr
Machar is red line and wasting of resources.

Midit Mitot,
Thank you. The Kiirminal cant just cook "walwal" and call Riak
like an outsider to come and join him, NO. Both or all must either be
involved in the preparation and cooking or not. Perhaps Riak or the
rest dont like walwal anyway so what? Disbandon this bogus committee
and let Riak and the rest bring in their teams in the preparation and
cooking of this national food. Otherwise NO

Midit Mitot,

You need to take this latest position with some caution! Who
formulated the committee and what do they have on the agenda? Who will
draft the agenda? This national dialogue is a gimmick from Kiir to
circumvent the ARCISS. Idon’t believe in this national dialogue of
Kiir and his friends at all. Just resuscitate the ARCISS WHICH HAS
PROVISIONS THAT CLIPPED KIIRS WINGS!!!!

Rats are playing outside at night, but wait, cats just
arrived. Abraham Awolich has made it very clear to the world that
National Dialogue will not decide anything unless all parties come to
have an agreement of what they want to talk about, period. People like
Eastern can shit somewhere, smear themselves with it and smell it
alone.

South South,

You are a VERY STUPID DINKA INDEED. I quote you
"Abraham Awolich has made it very clear to the world that National
Dialogue will not decide anything unless all parties come to have an
agreement of what they want to talk about, period". Just hear your
self cattlecamp man!!! Who are the ALL PARTIES if it doesn’t refer to
and include those with blazing guns....?

Eastern,

You are not just stupid, but dumb too. Cattle camp
is more civilized than what I see in your village. You think that
1980s Kokora will come back again. No, it will not, it has gone for
good. No fake Arabs in the middle to make it easy for you. Kiir has
people, gunships, tanks, SPLA and friends. You can move to Uganda or
Kenya or Sudan if you do not like our government. Stay in DIASPORA.

We should welcome the initiative of peace dialogue with open
hearts as South Sudanese, being solely the instrument which will drive
the nation into the light. The agenda of dialogue help post-conflict
countries and they are enjoying the fruit of acceptance each other.
What happened in Rwanda 1994? Are they still fighting now or they
accept their national dialogue? Let us be mindful of future gen.

Guor Manyiel,
Don,t compare Paul Kigame of Rwanda and Kiir of South
Sudan,Kiir is being drive by JCE while Paul was followed the foot step
of their National parliament decision, and therefore, Rwanda national
dialogue was so inclusive, they never left out any one, but Kiir is
not willing to include Dr Machar in to this such a dialogue, how will
you guys preaching this?

I said it! ND can not work with out dr.Riak, who do you think can
provide ideas? Now consider this. Change of Venue, Change of steering
committee and to resuscitate Peace agreement. Also don’t forget to
admit that peace has already dead in July 2016. Tell Kiir to denounce
violent and join peace with other South Sudanese.

Commander Sunday Junup,
What is required is Riak, Lam, Bakasoro, Gen. Thomas Cirino
should start their own ND in the diaspora, preferably in Kenya, Sudan
or Ethiopia even in Uganda where large populations of SS currently
seek refuge. Once started, they invite Kiirminal and his teams to
join. Now the Opposition should convince the AU, USA, Troika that this
idea will work. It is safe and convenient.

Joboane,

Thanks brother, they already sign document of understanding last
month if you are not aware. They agree to work together in order to
deal with Kiiriminal in Juba. Also be sure that there is no problem
with multi parties. Important is objective and working together. I buy
your ideas but priority is peace to be resuscitate not ND. Those IGAD
and international community are dealers.

People should differentiate between Dialogue and Negotiation.
For Riakisms who are supporting blindly, they should know that
their one-eyed leader is a gone case, let them follow Angelina as
their new leader, or go to fight South Africa to freed their one-eyed
leader.

Our much gratitude goes to the President of the nation Salva Kiir
Mayardit and his two vice presidents of the republic of South Sudan. I
thank you for not being afraid of Riek Machar. Let him come back to
Juba because we want total Peace to be achieve. Dr.Riek Machar can be
given an assignment. He can help the nation and work hard to rebuild
it. There are lots of resource if Peace is achieve for
