Dear Committee Members,

Bonnie Parsons has done a commendable job on these 21 inventory forms.

If there is some logical organization to the order in which we
received these forms I fail to find it.

I would like to suggest that in the future these forms be printed out,
collated, and logically organized for our review. We have a grant
that should cover the expense of having this done.

I believe the form numbered 23-31 High Street should read 23-25 High
Street.
