Phase II meeting in South Hadley - Jan. 23 at the Museum

If you are available, please attend the “Phase II” meeting about our Survey and Planning Grant work. One or more representatives of the MA Historical Commission will attend as well as Bonnie Parsons and me.
The meeting will be at the Old Firehouse Museum on January 23. The meeting is tentatively planned for 3 pm, and I will send another email with a confirmation of the time.

Thanks, Bob. That sounds great. And yes, of course, do invite the other members. But if we have to adjust the time, perhaps for the moment you can invite them for early to mid-afternoon, with precise time to be confirmed.

Thanks for your responses. Belchertown has also given us a green light for a meeting with us in the morning.
So let's plan on a Phase II meeting in South Hadley on Wednesday afternoon, January 23. Can we tentatively plan for a meeting at 3 pm?... (We may want to adjust the time.) Where should we meet?
