Thanks, Bob.  The logic of the order is minimal.  I'm working first in
the Falls and I do one street fully before turning to another.  The
computer then arranges them by number so you'll get 38 Bardwell, then 38
Canal or some other such street.  They'll be easier for the members to
sort through as the number increases, I think.  Then all the Maple
Street, all the High, Canal and North Main will be easier to group.
I'll change the wrong address.  He's right.

Dear Committee Members,

Bonnie Parsons has done a commendable job on these 21 inventory forms.

If there is some logical organization to the order in which we  
received these forms I fail to find it.

I would like to suggest that in the future these forms be printed out,  
collated, and logically organized for our review.  We have a grant  
that should cover the expense of having this done.

I believe the form numbered 23-31 High Street should read 23-25 High  
Street.
