create sco file with content

You've big file with text information. Save it as ".sco" file. Let it
be "text.sco".

Add at the begin of that file line "Content:". Add empty line after
that line and execute
:AppendPlace
command on new empty line.

All you should do next is run through text and execute command
:SCOMarkSmart
on lines with point of interest.
New marks to jump will be added after line with "Content:"
