Congratulations to the graduates of the Second Chance Program!

On June 30th, the participants of this year's Second Chance program
graduated in a ceremony hosted by the Lieutenant Governor at Government
House. The 11 graduates successfully completed the year-long training
program, which included writing a business plan and developing a
community project, along with personal and skills development (For more

All of the Second Chance participants become familiar faces at CEED,
and were a great pleasure to get to know. They'll be missed, but we're
all excited to see what's next for them - whether it be school,
employment or entrepreneurial endeavours. Best of luck!
