Changing Drilling from full diameter depth to drill point depth.

How can I change the dimension I want to use for drilling for both
tapping and straight hole so that I use onlt the Drill point depth. If
the drill point angle changes it won't matter where the full diameter
depth lies but the depth drilled will stay the same. I ask because I
program all drilling for the CNC mill and want to keep it consistant.
