How long (after initial training) it will take for a fresh science
graduate to be proficient in testing? Again how much add. time it will
take for him to be capable enable to for automation (like WR)? Can
anyone list out the levels in general case.

Hi,
This is a generic case, depends upon the individuals interest, grasping quotient and ability to analyse the areas that he needs to test.
There will no fixed timings for this.
