Can anyone explain,

could we use qtp scripts in load runner. if so how?
and also for the winrunner

No. QTP does GUI based recording, while LoadRunner is recording at the
level of protocol. Two different concepts, two different applications.

Besides, load testing and functional testing have different
requirements. Even if I could use my QTP scripts for loadtest, i
wouldn't want to do that.
