Job Description: Our direct client/ is looking for a Senior SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of SAP experience with deep functional expertise in the Customer Service module, specifically around In-House Repair, Field Service, and Service Contracts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of overall SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP CS (Customer Service) - Must have completed at least one ECC to S/4HANA migration/implementation in the CS space - Strong functional expertise in:
• In-House Repair process • Field Service management
• Service Contracts (creation, billing, renewals)
- Solid understanding of SAP CS configuration, master data, and end-to-end service processes
- Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and executing full lifecycle implementations
- Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, and FICO
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work PST business hours and travel occasionally to client site Preferred: - S/4HANA Service (new module) exposure - Manufacturing, electronics, or high-tech industry background
