Which automation tool is best to work on Mac OS X

Hi,

I was worked on windows based app. On that I feel QTP is best tool for that.

But now I am working on Mac OS X. So till now not able to find out which tool is best fit for this. 

Help me to come out in this situation.

I am using Selenium+Maven on MAC OS. If you know why do you exactly require a testing tool, depending on that you can decide which tool suits you best. If it is just for functionality testing, then, I think Selenium suits best.

But I need to automate not only for Functional. Its an app containing website. So need to perform some more testing along with functional. 

 How this Maven tool works. Will it compatible on all the browsers.

What is it that you can't do with Selenium and WebDriver that you think you could do in QuickTest Pro?

Also, you can simply run QTP in a VirtualBox running Windows.

Ya you are correct. We can do anything with virtualbox along with selenium and QTP pro.

But I would like to ask as QTP pro is there any dedicated tool for Mac OS X.
