Software Quality Sales

Hi,

I need to prepare presentation to be used by marketing and sales to
sell software quality to customers. I try internet search but i didn't
find any material talk and focus on quality needs and importance and
the business benefits that convene customer to apply quality, all I
got is brief about quality benefits I'm talking about Governmental
sector in Gulf
