Chrome is crashing when I started recording script in Vugen 9.5.2

I am having issues while recording script in Vugen (Load runner 9.5.2)
with Google Chrome browser, it's crashing some times and some times
simply not recording any thing.
mine is 32-bit system only.

Please, help me in this aspect.
