Spelling would help, unless you were intentionally making a pun on the word "carrier" and confusing it with "career".

What are you doing in your job now?
What would you like to do?
Is it really QA or is it testing, which many companies call QA?
What are you doing now to improve your skills? What are your co-workers doing to improve theirs? Do you want to compete with them or compliment their skill-sets?
