Test Lead
location : Nashville, TN
Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills :
Lead test execution teams
Assist QA Manager with development of test strategy
Experience working on Healthcare Clients
Experience working on Agile
Experience working on Mainframe - Cobol, JCL, CICS
Estimate Level of Effort for testing
Develop test plans
Understand business context, analyze requirements specifications
Allocate work to team, guide, oversee and monitor progress against plan
Raise requests and coordinate activities with external groups as required for
test setup and test execution
Design complex test cases
Report test results
Review test cases, defect records and other deliverables from the team
Verify test execution results
Create test reports and status reports
Lead defect triage meetings
Participate in root cause analysis of defects
Assist with client reviews of requirements specifications and test deliverables
Escalate issues to QA Manager as appropriate
Provide input to QA Manager and Project Manager to support quality-related
decision-making in projects
Carry out responsibilities of Test Analysts as below on need basis
Knowledge of the use of HP Quality Center or any other major test management
tool is required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is required
Experience with test automation using HP QTP is highly desirable but not
mandatory..
