IBCA cookoff pics

How's this for a lineup of cookers? The fire department made us move the canopies 20' away from the cookers. Since the spaces were 20x20 that was a bit of a challenge. We lined up all the cookers down the center with the canopies on either side. There are more pictures of the teams and cookers on The Smoke Ring.

Hmmmph, just exercising their control over their territory. They

Garry, I bet them IBCA peoples soiled their drawers when they saw the "Smokering" Team was cooking.

No, not really. Most of them already saw me in Pueblo so I think they knew they had nothing to fear.

There is another variable to the competitions. I don't drink at the contests
anymore. I seemed to do a lot better when a bottle of good bourbon or
tequila was finished off while cooking overnight.
