The test tomorrow is only on 24.1 right? I'm just making sure.
Oh, and if anyone by any chance found the animatins that we saw today, could you plz send it to the rest of us?

yes, I would assume that it is only on 24.1, considering that we haven't covered anything beyond that section.

but when he talked about central dogma, he referenced translation and transcription which are in 24.2

i also believe that he will make us draw a unwinded DNA structure, similar to the lab, except with 5' and 3'.

I think that he's going to make us draw the Central Dog Line and either the triple helix and double helix or the Simiconservative, Conservative and radical replication.

okay, cool. I think that it would be a bit mean if he put translation and transcription on the quiz, since we only spoke about it briefly.

Come on, he said that we're going into that next. Why would that be on tomorrow's quiz?

only 24.1? cause that Central Dogma  comes form 24.2 with trascription and translation.

http://library.thinkquest.org/19037/dna_extraction.html

just in case anyone didn't actually get what we did in class for our lab, or wants clarification or something...it's pretty similar to the hershey chase experiment, combined with ours. ish. well there's a blender at any rate. anyway, there are questions/answers at the bottom that explain things in case it got confusing during class. whooo!
