Eddy Matzger Roadshow June 3 - 5

Reminder: Eddy Matzger will be here to conduct a workshop the first weekend in June. The weekend starts with a social skate at Hains Point on Friday Juner 3rd. Then there are workshop sessions Saturday and Sunday at Jones Point Pasrk. Eddy begins by deconstructing the push into it’s component parts. First you focus on having your weight 100% on one foot and then transferring it to your set down, recovery, Ampersand glide, and push. From there he will focus on finding and using your edges. If the group is still perky on Sunday he will work on the double push which is a way of pushing using both an outside and then an inside edge. He will also video you and provide verbal feedback.
