This was described to me as a protest in support of raising the minimum wage. If anybody wants to participate, there will be a shuttle going to Manassas from Dupont Circle.

Hey Browyn,

A group of us will be protesting Mitt Romney as he starts his bus tour to "Build a Stronger Middle Class" this Saturday, August 11th at 2pm at Harris Pavillion in Manassas. We all know his Economic Plan:

-Ship Jobs Overseas
-Extend Tax Cuts for the Wealthy 1%
-Pay Workers Minimum Wage
-Cut All Employee Benefits

This isn't how you jump start an economy. So join residents, activists and Bain Workers in confronting Mitt in Manassas, VA this Saturday! A shuttle will be leaving from Dupont Circle at 12:30pm. Please let me know if you can make it. Feel free to pass this on to others and encourage them to RSVP, all are welcome.
