Activists from the Peace House and Occupy DC have collected donations
in the past week for Hurricane Sandy Mutual Aid. Unfortunately, our
transport to get these things to New York has been cancelled. We need
help! If anyone is willing to drive to New York City to drop these
donations off plus one person from this group of activists, it would
be greatly appreciated. The amount of donations we have calls for a
truck or SUV. We do have funds to pay for fuel! We have collected some
funds for the trip on wepay and are close to being able to rent a
truck but we feel that using all the donation money for a truck would
be disingenuous for the original use of the donations- it is meant to
go to the Relief Effort.

If anyone could help or has any useful suggestions, please let me know
