Phase 3 estate sale - Dawn Powell Estate - Silver Fox Estate sales

Just a reminder of the Phase 3 estate sale of the Dawn Powell Estate
this weekend September 24th from 9am to 3pm, and September 25th from
9am to 2pm. Location is at the warehouse at 2201 Hauser (formerly
Yuhas Mill Works) second building.

With the exception of high end items from the previous sales all other
items are new to this sale. This will be the last sale at the
warehouse, with all remaining items reduced on Sunday September 25th.

The last sale Phase 4 will be held October 8th & 9th at the house with
times and location to be annouced prior to the sale.
