How do I copy an image file from remote URL to local file system?

Hey everyone,

I am using a 3rd party image editing tool. www.aviary.com

It copies the image from your server, to their server, and through their widget, the user on your site edits the image. It is then saved at a public URL on their server when saved.

The widget returns the URL to the *png/jpeg etc.

How do I use SilkJS to copy that remote file to the local file system?

Seems like a common task, but my 'Google-Fu' is returning too many hits and the few I find are client side.
