just git cloned and made SilkJS succesfully

~/git/SilkJS$ ./silkjs httpd/main.js 

./silkjs: symbol lookup error: ./silkjs: undefined symbol: _ZN2v814ObjectTemplate11SetAccessorENS_6HandleINS_6StringEEEPFNS1_INS_5ValueEEENS_5LocalIS2_EERKNS_12AccessorInfoEEPFvS7_NS6_IS4_EESA_ES5_NS_13AccessControlENS_17PropertyAttributeENS1_INS_17AccessorSignatureEEE

any clue or tip to read?

You need to:

sudo make install

The errors are from the main silkjs binary unable to find libv8 dynamic library in /usr/local/silkjs/src/v8.

It also looks like you are maybe missing some of the required OS packages, like libmysqlclient.
