Dear all,

Bill and I have been in conversation about the next steps on our SiV Regional Metamorphosis journey. After much thinking and reflecting, both of us agree that the current approach of putting a broad challenge in front of the group followed by monthly meetings will not give us the traction we need to launch a Silicon Valley Regional Metamorphosis Initiative.

We need to reboot.

We've decided to postpone the session we were thinking of having on Tuesday, July 26. We will take the time needed to shape a strategy for this exploratory phase that includes how best to tap into the gifts and talents of those of you who become committed to birthing a SiV RMI.

Cynthia Holladay has come forward to help us evolve such a strategy. We will get back to you with our proposal for "rebooting" sometime within the next few weeks.
