I've been meaning to post this for some time. I've finally produced a fairly decent CC Tutorial. It uses the CC Debugger, which is a great tool for developing CC tables.
It's on the Toolbox Website in the Downloads section. You have to scroll down a bit.
It's named Learning Consistent Changes using the CC Debugger. This is a document which steps through various exercises. As a separate download, there is a folder containing the data for the exercises as well as the CC Debugger and the stand-alone CC program. This download is named CCWin: Debugger and Stand-Alone program.
The document can be read on its own, but doing the exercises while following along in the document will be more beneficial.
I have passed this on to a couple people but not gotten much feedback. I hope that means it's reasonably readable. I will appreciate any feedback.
