I'm looking for that book:

Making Dictionaries : A guide to lexicography and the Multi-Dictionary Formatter, David F. Coward Charles E. Grimes, SIL International Waxhaw, North Carolina, 2000.

I'm looking for that book's pdf, and unfortunatelly, I could only find an online (not donwnloadable) version on : https://archive.org/details/mdf-2000_202306/mode/2up

Does someone have it? And could they share it with me, please?
