I'm super happy to hear you're still working on CIAO/CU! And congratulations on the book!

Unfortunately ShiftSpace is planning to drop support for both ImageSwap and Trails in its forthcoming releases. Depending on our release schedule (at this point it seems pretty distant), I'm not sure CIAO/CU it will continue working from shiftspace.org. But it should be possible to get the current 0.18 code running on another web host. So it should be possible to maintain, but perhaps not using the "hosted service" that ShiftSpace provides.

In the meantime, looking at your issue, I think that maybe ImageSwap isn't working because of a built-in limitation it has. It only operates on <img> elements and the header graphic is using a different technique (called image replacement) where the image is a background image applied to a <div>. I was able to swap the logo onto Enki Bilal's bio image, for example, because it uses a <img>.

Oops, 0.16 is the current version I guess? What repository is that hosted on now?
