Dear HERWG colleagues,

Please find enclosed the minutes of the 8^th HERWG Meeting held in Islamabad on June 30^th.

As promised in the meeting, you receive attached a bundle of information comprised in package (zip file), in particular

-          The revised documents on Overlapping and Eligibility Criteria, as adopted in the meeting

-          Construction Material Market Prices per End  of June 2011,
incl. an estimate of the price hike since March and estimate of the effect of the 16% tax on bricks

-          Information received from IMMAP: Update of Damages 2010 Flood; Watan Cards distributed Feb. + June
(note: this info is kindly shared by IMMAP, who is not responsible for the content, provided by Gvt. sources. 

-          Technical indications for easy access to the herwg-website.
In case of further assistance regarding HERWG web portal/page , please contact loubna...@unhabitat.org.pk or kamran...@unhabitat.org.pk

-          List of UCs where more than one agency has reported to be active = potential overlapping

-          Updated overviews of planned / committed ORS per district, on base of data received until 29.06.2011

We would like to target a more complete overview of all planned + ongoing shelter / housing activities.
We would be very grateful if all organizations who have not yet shared the updated data of their shelter activities to our Information Manager yet, would please do so until in the next days, to update for next meeting.
It would be very grateful if you can provide your data in making good use of the attached format (3W-matrix) – but if you can only provide us a simple list with the locations (and, if available, the planned / committed figures)
- this would also be good for us.
Please note: in order to check the 3W-matrixes compiled by the District Focal Points (many not active any more)
we would be very grateful if you could share the information you sent to the DFP once again now with our IM.
