Where can we upload homemade plugins patch ?

I made a plugin pane which can control Screen brightness and Sharpfile
opacity (More to come in the same pane in the futur)
I know it's not usefull for all people but can be a starting point to
add more plugins on your great software...
How can we upload homemade source patch in the file section of this
forum ?

It will be good in the futur to have a plugins section....

When I go to the files section of this site, I see an "Upload file"
link. Do you see that? I will have to think about where plugins might
live. If you email me a patch I can upload it to the download section
on the google code site. Or we can store them here in the files
section. Or I can whip up a quick site where people could upload new
plugins with some descriptions and versioning. Any thoughts?

upload a file, I think its a restriction...)

I tweaked the group settings. You should be able to upload files now.
