As our association partner , your group is entitled to the
following :
> authority to deal for the designated exhibition slots for your group , subject to venue and over-all event house rules & payment terms ( maximum of companies on a slot with a total of 48 sqm). Separate Memorandum of Agreement will be signed for this matter.
> 20% discounted rate shall be given to the association partner. This can be extended to the members or directly be awarded as additional funding to the association upon full payment of the invited member companies. Payment package terms & schedule shall be based on the standard published rate . Discounted Rate offer to association partner is not affected and will not affect the Early Bird and Full Payment Discount Privilege extended to the individual exhibitors. Association Discounts can be availed by the association partner on top of the discount privileges offered by Ex-link Corp.
> Ex-link Events Privilege Pass shall be supplied to members of the partner association ( 1 card per company- member ) with 1 year validity . Ex-link Events Privilege Pass has special tie-ups with its lifestyle partners for discounts and freebies. This is regularly sold at P 300.00 / pass with 1 year validity. As of now Ex-link Events Privilege Pass is distributed to 20,000 quality & updated event visitors for free.
*Association Flyer Distribution/ Display during Orientation
Schedule of the Ex-link Events.
*Association Flyer Distribution / Display at the designated
area of Ex-link Trade Shows
*1 Hour Privilege Slot for program or activities in Ex-link
Trade Shows Activity / Stage Area.
*Publicity Promotion on Memorandum of Agreement Signing of
this Partnership.
*Logo Promotion slot in the Ex-linkevents website.
*Special Acknowledgement during the actual events .
