Holiday Party at Maria's House on Saturday

In celebration of the season and all holidays both secular and religious, we're having a party at my house on Saturday, Dec. 29.

There will be food and drinks and shelves full of mysteries and romance books for sale or borrowing. (We can't take them all back to the States with us when we go back next summer.)

We're not giving away any animals this year (sorry) but we are looking for interns -- if you know of any college students looking for programming or research jobs and interested in working for an international company, send them my way.


Feel free to bring children.

When: 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 29 (until very, very late)

Where: Maria Trombly's apartment at 555 Xizang Nan Lu (also known as Tibet Lu), Building 5, Apartment 2206.
            (This is on the north corner of Xizang Nan Lu and Fuxing Lu, right behind the Shen Garden Hotel.)

What to bring: Yourself and your friend. There will be plenty of food and beer. If you insist on bringing something, wine and dessert are always very much appreciated!
