Shanghai-based entrepreneurs working in mobile telephony?

Can anyone help me out with this query--
If so, do you know any Shanghai-based entrepreneurs working in mobile
telephony? I'm co-founder and CTO of NMS, a telecom services platform
company (i.e. we make platforms that application developers use to provide
voice and video services on mobile networks). I'm current talking to people
in the industry about some future product strategies. That's fairly easy in
the US and India and parts of Europe, but harder for me in China as I end up
working through our local sales folks in Beijing and Hong Kong and their
connections are mostly with established companies, not entrepreneurs (who
have all the good ideas!).
Anyway, this is a long shot, but if you know anyone interested in providing
voice or video services over the mobile phone network, I'd be interested in
chatting with them, and I'm happy to share perspectives I have on how
specific services are working in other markets.

It's been another month, how are you doing?
Weather has been nice in shanghai, good for barbecue and outing. where
have you been?
I travelled to Southern California and Nevada to enjoy the sunshine
there, and a little luck game ;)

My phone was ringing when I was sipping the Tea at Coffee & Bean,
" Hello Twinsen, how many people are there tonight?"
" Not too many till now"
" Exactly how many ?"
" Three"
" Ok I'll drop by in a minute"
I was sitting with Elson Wang.
five minutes later we have three in a table.
another one minute later another table of 7 joined us.
That night we had Entrepreneurs from oversea seeking opportunities, we
had people who passionate about new venture and starting up, and we
had people who had been there with two rounds of Venture Capital
investment. The brainstorming is beneficial to us as well, topics
included B2C in China, how to utilize your core competency , etc. I
personally found guest speaker for an Executive Program. A Rich
meeting in summary.

I know a well-known US mobile phone vender just closed their office in
SH. BB and Iphone gave them too much pressure. It's not an easy
business in China.

events and met companies in the same field as what your looking for.
